Our fun menus are organic and free of dairy, gluten, soy, corn, egg, grains. We’ll also keep most nightshades out of this month of eatin’ clean!

All your meals prepared and delivered for each week ($60/day). Deliveries are on M-W-F.

Customized programs are available throughout the year.  HCG, Whole30, Paleo, personal preferences of any kind, etc.  Please contact us to discuss options.

We will break up the package if you need a smaller commitment.  Email us here to do so and we’ll send you a Paypal invoice.  Our weekly rate goes up by $50 per week when purchased a la carte from our original 28 day Detox POP UP program.

The Detox Game

About the food: Our philosophy is to build you up with nutrient dense food that is free of potential inflammatory allergens. We cook with filtered water only, real sea salt organic coconut oil or EVOO, organic ingredients, no refined sugar. Our chefs are masters at cooking in this unique way! Our meals are truly delicious!

Sample Menu

Breakfast: Coconut Green Tea Chia Pudding w/Walnuts, Housemade Turkey Sausage w/Greens< Hemp Protein Smoothie w/milk thistle, pineapple, spinach, cilantro

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Always a soup or a salad. Sweet Potato-Sprouted Black Bean Soup OR Large Entree Salad – Roasted Chicken w/Blueberries over Baby Spinach w Chickpea Miso Dressing.

Snack: Fresh Sprouted Chickpea Hummus & Fresh Cut Veggies, Housemade Trail Mix w/nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, dried cherries, stevia sweetened choc chips

Dinner: Lemongrass Chicken Thighs w/Broccoli Slaw, Wild Salmon Fishcakes w/Riced Cauliflower Pilaf, Bison Meatballs w/Almond Saffron Sauce and Collard Greens, Ground Turkey w/Mediterranean Spices over Spaghetti Squash, Meatless Mondays: Lemon Rice (Cauliflower Rice) & Peas w/Cashews. NO substitutions, please 🙂
