Detox Preparation

  • You and your health are number one on your priority list! Try to arrange your work, study, or daily schedule so you can manage the changes in your diet without causing yourself too much stress.
  • Think about adding some new habits at this time. Meditation, daily walks, read some fiction.
  • Be sure to leave a cooler our for us with frozen ice packs. We can supply your first round of ice packs but we need those back in your cooler frozen and ready for the 2nd delivery and all that follow.
